In this class, we explore the art of movement with the support of ropes—a practice we call Kurunta, meaning "puppet." Just as a puppet moves gracefully and precisely, we learn to guide and transform our bodies, using the ropes to create space, support, and new possibilities in each posture. The ropes help us hold poses longer, build strength, and move with confidence. They provide a bridge to postures that might otherwise feel out of reach, making the practice accessible and empowering at every stage of life.
