Join me for a 20-minute Breathing Meditation where we will draw our attention to the ebb and flow of our breath in this "art of breathing" sequence. It is part of a mindfulness exercise that we can incorporate at the start of our days, or at any time when we feel anxious or excited and simply need to return to the calm state of being. Breath based meditation uses the breath as an object of our concentration. By focusing on the breath, you draw yourself into the present moment of time to practice mindfulness, and also become more aware of the mind’s tendency to jump from one thing to another.
