Full Recipe Ingredients: 3-pound salmon fillet Smoked sea salt Freshly ground black pepper Old Bay seasoning Instructions: 1. Cut the salmon fillet in half. 2. Season the 2 cuts of salmon to taste. 3. Line 2 Crisper Trays with convection oven safe grill/bake pads. 4. Place the salmon into the 2 lined Crisper Trays. 5. Turn the selection dial to ROAST. 6. Turn the Temperature Dial to 355° F. 7. Turn the Time Dial to 30 minutes. 8. Press the START button. 9. The Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 XL will begin to pre-heat. 10.
