#lockdownrecipes #lockdownrecipesathome #crêpe #crepe #pancake #savourycrêpe #crêpepancake #healthyfoodforkids #tiffinbox #10minscooking #healthyrecipes Ingredients:- Whole wheat flour- 1/2cup Water- 3/4cup (or may vary) Eggs- 2 Carrot- finely chopped- 1 small Onion- finely chopped- 1medium Corn- boiled chopped- 2tbsp Coriander leaves- a handful Green chilli- 1 (or according to your taste) Ginger garlic paste- 1/2tsp Salt- As required Black pepper- 1/2tsp Oil- to fry Process:- 1. Mix whole wheat flour and water. Then add eggs to it and mix again. 2. Add carrots, onion, corn, coriander leaves, green chillis, ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Mix nicely. Add water, if needed to get the desired pouring consistency. 3. Heat a pan. Put 1tsp of oil and brush. Pour 2-3 laddle of the batter. Tilt the pan outward so that the batter spreads all over evenly. Cook in medium flame. 4. Wait for the 2mins or until a change in colour. Once done, put 1/2tsp of oil on the surface and flip. Press and cook for 2 more mins. 5.
