These almonds cookies are gluten-free and dairy-free with their almond flour base. Feel free to look over my other videos, if you like them subscribe to my channel and support me ❤️ Ingredients 1 large egg room temp 1/4 cup sugar-40 g 1 teaspoon vanilla extract-5 ml 1 teaspoon baking powder- 5 g 1 1/3 cups almonds flour -140 g 1/3 cup powdered sugar-30 g 1 Tbsp Liquid Cranberry Extract or a little red food color Directions: Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. In a large bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, vanilla extract and cranberry Extract . Add almonds flour and baking powder and mix until is combined. Use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop and roll 11 cookie dough balls. The dough will be quite sticky. Roll each dough ball in a small bowl of powdered sugar to completely cover the outside. Place the dusted cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 2 hours. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are just set. The cookies will be soft. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 15 minutes. Storage Instructions: Cooled cookies will keep well in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 10 days. Freezing Instructions: Cooled cookies can be frozen in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
