Trying a new espresso ratio today — somewhere between 1:2 and 1:2.5 — after my recent salami shot experiment. I'm still using the Monteblanco beans from Ahiya Roasters, and this time I went one click coarser than my usual 1:2 shot to see how it would affect flavor and flow. ☕ The result?
