If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this YouTube channel or go to our Website: https://www.masala.tv/ Aalu Baingan Ingredients: Brinjal 500 gm Oil ¼ cup Curry leaves ½ cup Cumin seeds 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Green chilies 3-4 Sliced onions 3 Turmeric ½ tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Crushed coriander 1 tsp Potatoes (peel & cube) 4 Salt to taste Water ¼ cup Chopped tomatoes 2 Chopped coriander 2 tbsp Method: Fry curry leaves and cumin seeds in oil then add onion and let it fry till it gets golden. Then add brinjal, potatoes, tomatoes and all other spices. Then cover and let it cook till vegetables get tender and oil comes up. Add green coriander and serve. Shaljam Gosht : Ingredients: Boiled beef mix boti 500 gm Turnip 300 gm Blended fried onion ¼ cup Oil ½ cup Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Red chili powder 2 tsp Salt to taste Turmeric powder ½ tsp Coriander powder 1-½ tbsp Tomato paste 1 tbsp Tomato (pureed) of 2 medium Water 2 cups Green chilies 2-4 All spice powder 1 tsp Green coriander for garnish Method: In oil cook beef with ginger garlic paste. Then add turnip, tomato paste, pureed tomatoes, blended onion, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and cook gravy well. When turnip gets soft then add all spice powder, green chilies and let it simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
