Revisit the foundations of Japanese Yoga with me in this 1-hour live recording. Practice breathing, movement and mindfulness for more body-mind balance. In Japanese Yoga we practice a series of smaller, repetitive moves to stimulate the energy-flow through our body, to then redirect it to the centre of our hara (deeper core). In this class we cover all the foundational moves, like traction, knees-to-the-side, leg-lifts, sit-ups and hip-lifts in combination with different breathing techniques. If you are new to this practice, or have practiced other styles of yoga previously, I invite you to approach this practice with a fresh and open beginner’s mind. I hope you enjoy the practice and the post-practice feelings 😊 And as always, treat yourself and your body with utmost respect and kindness.
