Adjustable Table Saw Sled DIY

Today we will build a customised, adjustable sled for a Dewalt saw bench. The sled is adaptable to any saw bench, you just need to respect the dimensions for the guides of your saw bench and customise the width of the sliding table to your liking. The sled in the video has a width of 60 cm and a length of 67 cm. It is made of 20 mm thick plywood, which is why I had to use epoxy glue when inserting the small guides to ensure good stability, as the reduced thickness formed during milling did not allow for the safe use of screws. In the video, a band saw is used to cut the guides, these can also be cut with a hand tool. The smaller wooden rail has biscuit joints, again ordinary wood screws can work. The first safety lock on the rail was inserted because in my case, having a table already customised, it is an extra safety feature at low cost.
