Based on the last episode, we had a lot of debate between conventional housing loan versus Houzkey and I think now would be a perfect time to reflect on that decision. Technically with Houzkey, the unit didn't come with any rebates but it also didn't come with any construction progress interest. Then also within the market, there are a lot of confusion about the different revisions available in the market. Mine got revised almost immediately after I uploaded the previous video. But thinking about it, it's not like I had a choice because without Houzkey I couldn't afford a housing loan anyway so I think it's a great scheme for ownership at least.
