Crispy masala chicken quesadilla Loaded with spiced herbed chicken, sautéed onions, capsicum and melty cheese goodness, this homemade quesadilla is simple, satisfying and full of flavour. If you’re bored of regular wraps, you need to try this twist 😍 Easy recipe for Ramadan special meal❤️ Perfect quick snack/dinner! Also easy lunch-box 💡 idea! Chicken quesadillas🫔 Ingredients:- Chicken boneless 250 g( small bite sized) 1tsp Paprika powder ( you can use red chilli powder instead) 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Ginger powder 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Onion powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs( I used oregano, Basil, Parsley,Thyme) 1 tbsp oil ( for marination) 1 tsp oil (for frying) 1/2 tsp Olive oil 1/2 cup Chopped Green Bell pepper 1/2 cup Chopped Tomato 1/2 cup Chopped Onion 1/2 cup Chopped Yellow bell pepper 4 Tortilla wrap( I used whole wheat) Grated Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup Preparation :- Cut Boneless Chicken into small bite sized, I used Chicken thighs. Add in Paprika,Cumin, Ginger, Garlic,onion powders, salt , mixed herbs and oil. Mix well, let it rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile Chop the veggies- Green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion and tomato. On a pan, add oil and fry the chicken for 10 minutes in med - low heat ,stirring in between. Once cooked, add in chopped veggies & salt, mix well and sauté for 1-2 minutes in high heat. Remove it , keep aside In a tava, add olive oil/ butter, inplace a tortilla , add in cheese mix and cooked chicken-veggies mix on one half , add more cheese and fold the other half on top of it. Cook for 1 minute, flip and cook the other side for 1 more minute until the cheese get melted. Remove it on a plate, cut into triangles and serve hot🔥.
