Along with that, I also tried their pasta, which was creamy and comforting, and a new Chinese-inspired dish called Wok on Fire. If you enjoy spicy food, this one definitely brings the heat. To wrap it all up, they served Matka Biryani and Matka Pulao — both slow-cooked in clay pots for that traditional flavor and aroma. The biryani especially had that perfect balance of masala and tenderness.
