This is aft cabin cowling will be built out of boat building composite materials, constructed of pvc foam board (Celtec) and fiberglass epoxy. The aft cabin cowling will will separate the aft cabin from the cockpit lockers as well as the diesel fuel tank. It's tight squeeze under the trawler cockpit deck and someone is going to get stuck. The Albin 27 is trailerable and weighed approximately 6,500 pounds from the factory.
