Moreover, the bottom crust isn't soggy at all, it's still has its crunch. Ingredients: 🥣 For pie crust: 200 grams all purpose flour 80 grams cold unsalted butter 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt 2-3 tablespoon of cold water for blueberry filling: 🫐 250 grams fresh blueberry 2 tablespoon of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon with mixed spice 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon cornstarch bake in preheated oven at 190 degree Celsius for 40 minutes (until the top is golden brown and the blueberry filling is bubbling) I used 18 cm baking plate and this recipe yield 6 servings.
