Heat butter and olive oil in a pan. 2. Add chopped garlic and green chillies; sauté until fragrant. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and green pepper. Cook until soft and slightly thick. 4. Crack the eggs directly into the pan and gently mix. 5. Season with salt, black pepper, and red chilli flakes. 6. Add mozzarella cheese or cheese slices on top. 7.
