Chicken Lasagna Recipe Ingredients: Meat Mixture: 2-4 tsp oil 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 kg chicken breast, chopped 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp red chili flakes 1/2 tsp mustard paste 1 tsp garam masala 1 capsicum, chopped 1 cup tomato puree 1/2 cup chili sauce 2 tsp soya sauce 1/3 cup BBQ sauce 2 tsp oyster sauce White Sauce: 2 tsp oil/butter 1/2 tsp garlic paste 2 tsp flour 1 cup milk 2 tbsp cream cheese Mozzarella cheese (as needed) 1/2 tsp black pepper powder Red chili flakes (to taste) Oregano (to taste) Others: Lasagna sheets Mozzarella cheese (for topping) Oregano (for garnish) Instructions: 1. Meat Mixture: Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until translucent. Add chopped chicken, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, mustard paste, and garam masala. Mix well, cook for 5 minutes. Add capsicum, tomato puree, chili sauce, soya sauce, BBQ sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well, cook until heated through. 2. White Sauce: Heat oil/butter in a pan, sauté garlic paste until fragrant. Add flour, mix well, cook for 1 minute. Gradically add milk, whisking continuously. Add cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, and oregano. Mix well, cook until smooth. 3. Assembling: Spread a layer of white sauce in a baking dish. Arrange lasagna sheets on top. Add meat mixture, white sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up. Top with mozzarella cheese and oregano. 4. Baking: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
