Join Kenta Seki in a body weight only workout! You don’t even need a mat, but you can use one if you’d like to do so. We’re going to start off by bringing awareness to the body and gently awakening our muscles. It’s important to keep steady breaths. This will loosen us up for the actual workouts. We’re going to do four total circuits, and each circuit has three total exercises. We will repeat each circuit three different times, and then move on. Don’t worry, it’s not as complicated as it sounds! The first one consists of a jab combined with jumping jacks. See? This one is definitely doable. Finally, our last two circuits are just as simple, yet effective. Exercise number two is butt-kicks with speed-bags. It’s about as obvious as its name. Simply bring your heels up to your booty, and pretend you’re boxing a punching bag. Exercise three, our final exercise, is the basic mountain climbing move. Let’s do this!
