Ingredients 2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp lemon zest 1/2 tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 Tbls ginger ground 1 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp garlic powder 1 1/4 tsp salt 1 Tbls Sugar Mix well and store To use combine with 1kg meat, if making butter chicken add 1/2 cup yoghurt mix with seasoning and chicken and marinade overnight. Cook as normal. Casserole Spice Blend Mix. Ingredients 1 cup of plain flour 3 Tbls onion powder 2 Tbls Garlic Powder 2 Tbls paprika 3 Tbls Beef Stock powder 1 Tbls celery seed 1 tsp basil 1 - 2 tsp parsley 1 Tbls salt 2 tsp Oregano 2 tsp pepper 1 tsp cayenne pepper Double self saucing Hazelnut Chocolate Pudding Step 1 Combine and melt 50 g butter 50g chocolate 1/2 cup of milk Reserve Combine 1/2 cup SR Flour 2 Tbls cocoa powder 1/4 cup Almond Meal or Hazelnut meal 2 Tbls brown sugar 1/3 cup caster sugar 1/3 cup Hazelnut spread 1 egg Combine above and add melted chocolate mix. Sauce#1 1 cup boiling water 1/3 cup cocoa 3 Tbls brown sugar Pour into pudding basin and slowly cover with sauce mix. Bake in preheated 180°C for 35- 40 Mins..remove and cool slightly before adding second sauce and serving.. Sauce #2 for topping 50g chocolate 50 g butter 1/3 cup hazelnut spread. Serves 6
