The Greater Fleurieu Food Waste Forum was held in June 2025. In this panel session, hear from businesses local to the Fleurieu region – Bakers Delight Victor Harbor, Cooinda Retreats and McCracken Resorts – who recently took part in the Fleurieu Region Circular Business Program, with a focus on reducing their food waste. The businesses share their experiences in measuring food waste and implementing practical strategies to reduce this waste, offering valuable insights into what worked and the impact achieved.
