How to Make Pizza with Liz Waid | Easy Way to Make a Pizza | Spotlight English Conversation Practice

Here's Liz's recipe for Pizza dough: 1 cup warm water (about 110 degrees F) 2 1/4 teaspoons of yeast 2.5 cups flour 2 Tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Mix in all the other ingredients until a dough forms. Add more water or flour to get the right consistency. Knead until everything is evenly mixed in. Cover the dough and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. When the dough is ready, cut it in half. One half will make 1 large pizza. Put a thin layer of oil on the pizza pan. Press out the dough onto the pizza pan, being careful not to break it. Bake the dough for about 10-12 minutes or until it is set and a little brown on top - but not crispy. When the crust is done, add a layer of sauce, toppings (mushrooms, peppers, onions, ham, pepperoni - anything you like!), and spread shredded cheese on top. Place it back in the oven for another 10-12 minutes. The cheese should be warm and bubbly, and a little brown on top.
