It is designed to burn lots of fat and build good muscle making your body beautiful, healthy, strong and flexible. The structure of the workout is very efficient and fun. We start off with a standing upper body HIIT which effectively warms us up and works through all the upper body muscle groups (arms, shoulders, back and chest). Then we move onto the standing abs and core part of the session which is designed to strengthen your torso muscles. After this we crash the standing lower body workout with the most effective exercises to sculpt your butt & legs to make them shapely and strong.
