Here I am modifying 2 hydraulic rams for a customer, using an extended flute 1.0 end mill and the Bridgeport EZ Trak to interpolate the cast iron ears to a rough size (1.312 ) and then ream with my 1.375 chucking reamer. I then press the 4 oilite bushings in and side drill and tap 1/4-20 nc for the grease fittings. Most important is that it was done all at once and from one side, to keep the 2 bores on the same center line so the pin will slide easily. WARNING!! Towards the end there are a couple very fast manual tool changes using the quik switch, you can't do that with your R-8. Thanks for watching, Jeff
