Strawberry Sabudana Custard is a creamy, refreshing, and delicious dessert, perfect for summers, parties, and special occasions 🤍 Made with fresh strawberries, soft sabudana, and rich custard, this dessert is loved by kids and adults alike! Let’s prepare it step by step 👇 📝 Ingredients ✔ Fresh Strawberries – 400 g (chopped) ✔ Full Cream Milk – 2 liter ✔ Custard Powder – 4 tbsp ✔ Cold Milk – ¼ cup (for custard mix) ✔ Sabudana (Sago) – ½ cup (soaked for 2 hours) ✔ W ✔ Rooh Afza – ¼ cup ✔ Condensed Milk – 8–9 tbsp (as per taste) ✔ Chopped Dry Fruits – as required 👩🍳 Method 🔸 Step 1: Prepare Strawberries Wash and chop the strawberries. Keep aside. 🔸 Step 2: Prepare Custard Heat milk in a pan. Mix custard powder with cold milk. Add to hot milk and cook on low-medium flame, stirring continuously, until thick. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. 🔸 Step 3: Cook Sabudana Boil water in a pan. Add soaked sabudana and cook until transparent. Strain and wash under running water. Let it cool. ⭐ Tip: Washing sabudana stops further cooking and keeps it perfect. Step 4: Mix Everything In a mixing bowl, add: ✔ Cooked sabudana ✔ Chopped strawberries ✔ Chilled custard ✔ Rooh Afza ✔ Condensed milk ✔ Dry fruits Mix gently until well combined. 🔸 Step 5: Chill & Serve Refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
