By Pstr.Russel Ocampo / @russelocampo Today's Devotion: 365 Daily Devotions: Bible Character Edition 💁🏻 Moses: Confronting Pharaoh Moses stood before Pharaoh, the most powerful king in Egypt, and spoke God’s words without fear. Pharaoh had riches, soldiers, and authority, but Moses had something greater—God’s command and God’s presence. God sent Moses to demand freedom for His people, who were suffering under cruel slavery. Again and again, Pharaoh said no. But God showed His power through signs and plagues, proving that no human ruler is greater than Him. This story teaches us that God cares about justice and hears the cries of the oppressed. He calls His servants to speak truth, even when it is hard or dangerous. 📖 Bible Readings: Exodus 5 (Exodus 6:6–8, Exodus 7:1–5, Exodus 9:13–16, Exodus 12:12–14, Proverbs 21:1 Acts 5:29) 👨🏻💻 Teachings: 1. Challenges in life may grow worse and worse. 2. God’s grace will prove to be greater and greater. 3. Our faith must grow stronger and stronger. 💪🏼 Applications: 1. Confront what seems impossible to confront. 2. Rely on the sufficient grace of God. 3. Trust in the unfailing faithfulness of God. 🎙 Discussion: Why should we trust that God's grace is always greater than our challenges? 🤿 Dive Deeper: What is sufficient grace? 🙏🏼 Prayer: Father God, sometimes I feel small when I see people with power and authority. I am afraid to speak up or do what is right. Thank You for showing me through Moses that You are greater than any ruler. Please give me courage to stand for Your truth and care about justice the way You do. Help me trust that You are in control, even when others seem strong. I want my life to honor You and obey Your Word. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
