He claimed that Captain Anil Kumar Pokhariyal, who is battling advanced cancer and was reportedly not involved in Flight Duty Time Limit (FDTL) oversight, was wrongly dismissed. As flight cancellations and crew scheduling failures continue, DGCA has intensified monitoring, formed a high-level committee to probe planning lapses, and summoned IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers, raising questions about accountability at higher levels.
