“The Value of the New Covenant Hidden in Black Gold” | God the Mother, WMSCOG

In our daily lives, we practically use petroleum and its products. The cloth, mobile phones, plastic products, and asphalt to build roads are all petroleum products. Petroleum is used to produce countless products. That’s why it has a title of ‘Black gold’, we can understand how much more important petroleum is for our lives. Before the industry in the late 19th century, people did not know the value of petroleum so they used it as an alternative when whale oil or firewood was out. But now, it is used from Aspirin to Zipper. The fact that petroleum performs the important role to people in modern society resembles what the New Covenant does to the people of God. Those who did not know the value of the new covenant interpreted the Bible by themselves and made men’s commandments such as Sunday Worship and Christmas. However, according to the prophecy, “I am the LORD; in its time I will do this swiftly,” Christ Ahnsahnghong established the new covenant Sabbath day, the Passover, and the 7 feasts in 3 times. Through the new covenant, God’s people could become the children of God and receive salvation. God allowed those who know the value of the new covenant and keep it to become God's children and be saved. I want to give eternal thanks to Heavenly Father for letting us know the value of the new covenant and establishing the new covenant our Heavenly Mother for us.
