Kahuna Bodywork in its original form was created as a physical based psycho spiritual transformation. It's not about fixing or intending an outcome, its about compassion. In the process of exploring and extending ones range of motion we become aware of our belief systems that restrict full participation in the natural movement we're designed for. Compassion for self grows as we learn the language of our body and we allow it to take care of our needs without judgement or interference from our concepts. We can then feel the level of openness within the body on the table and guide them to sense what is available to extend their range of motion both physically, emotionally and into the depths of their spirit.
