Aata Suji samosa with methi ye meri life ka pehla samosa h mujhe yakin hi nhi hua ye itna perfect bnega.aap bhi jrur try kre.lets Start ingredients for methi paste 👇 boil 1.5 cup of fresh methi leaves for 1 minute and then immediately transfer into ice cold water, squeeze a little bit and make a fine paste in mixer grinder. for dough 👇 wheat flour - 1 cup fine suji (rava) - 2 tbsp salt and carrom seeds - 1/2 tsp Desi ghee - 2 tbsp ( for moyan) methi paste - 1/4 cup water -2 to 3 tbsp or (as, required) method 👇 mix all ingredients and make a stiff dough and rest dough for 15 to 20 minutes for stuffing 👇 oil -1tbsp hing - 1 pinch coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp ( roughly crushed) haldi powder - less than 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder - 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp aamchur powder - 1/2 tsp green chilli and ginger - 2 tbsp ( chopped) fresh green peas - 1/4 cup ( boiled or cook till soft) boiled potato - 4 (medium sized) salt to taste fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp ( chopped) method 👇 heat oil in Pan and add sabut masale Green chilli and ginger and green peas and add spices,saute,add roughly crushed potato,add salt to taste and aamchur powder and roast untill leaves the pan on medium flame and after that let it cool down completely and add chopped coriander leaves for samosa knead the dough once, roll and make samosa as shown in the video and fry them in medium hot oil on low medium flame till golden colour.serve hot with green chutney and meethi imli chutney.enjoy the recipe.
