Welcome to the third video in our vibrato mini-series! In parts 1 and 2, we mastered the arm mechanics and the "plant" exercise. Now, in part 3, we learn how to refine our vibrato to create a professional sound. We focus on two critical advanced concepts: vibrating "into" the pitch (to stay in tune) and how to speed up your vibrato using a metronome. In this lesson, we cover: ► Intonation secrets: why you should vibrate below the pitch, not above it. ► The "centre" of the note: how to avoid sounding out of tune. ► Controlling speed: using a metronome to gradually increase velocity. ► The "pulse" exercise: hitting the top of the pitch 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 times per beat.
