Nasi Goreng DETAILED RECIPE: Boiling Bone Marrow: 2 lb Bone Marrow 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste 1 tp Salt Add 2 Litres of Water 1/2 Onion (Raw) Cook it in a Pressure Cooker for 45 mins Separate the Bone Marrow from water and Let's prepare the Beef 5 lb Boneless Beef 2 Pieces Sabut Mirch (Dry Red Chilli) 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste 3 tbsp Nihari Masala (Any Nihari Masala) Add 1 Litre of Water and mix it well Make sure you are constantly cooking on medium heat Home Made Nihari Masala 5 Pieces Sabut Mirch (Dry Red Chilli), 2 Pieces Cardamom, 10 Pieces Elaichi, 2 Indian Bay Leaves (Tej Patta), 1 tbsp Saunf (Fennel), 2 Star Anice (Badiyan Phool) Blend in for 30 seconds or more in a Blender. Add 1 tbsp of Spices in your Nihari Add 1 cup Cooking Oil Separate Oil Layer (We will be adding this in Nihari later on) Make a thick paste of 5 tbsp Flour and add half cup of water. Add this mix into your Nihari Add 1/2 Lemon Slices Final Step: Add Oil Layer on top for taste Anddd it's ready! Enjoy with Butter Naan or Garlic Naan.
