This is a very special upload to once again honor the late GREAT Junior Pirollo. Joseph “Junior” Robert Pirollo was born February 11, 1939, in Philadelphia, PA. Junior’s life was marked by a profound love for music, a warm heart, and an unwavering dedication to his family. He was the lead vocalist of South Philly Doo Wop groups: The Four J’s, The Fabulous Four and The Four Naturals. He was known as one of the best lead vocalists to come out of Philadelphia. In later years, he went on to perform in local venues solo and with The Bill Frio Trio. He has left his indelible mark on doowop music forever. Junior Pirollo passed away on October 8, 2023, at age 84. He is sadly missed.
