The Do-Goodrs return with two bold new tracks — “Money” and “Who the Hell Knows” — continuing their signature blend of Balkan rhythms, immigrant stories, and searing global atmospheres. Recorded at the legendary Litho Studios in Seattle, these songs cut across borders and expectations, rooted in the tradition of Sevdah, yet fiercely modern in spirit. Fronted by Gino Jevđević (Kultur Shock) and Amy Denio (Kultur Shock), The Do-Goodrs bring together soul-stirring vocals, accordion, bouzouki, clarinet, and tapan. With Nedim Hamzic’s masterful oud playing, the band weaves a musical journey that draws from Sarajevo’s underground scene to the sonic experimentation of the Pacific Northwest. Producer and co-founder Darek Mazzone (KEXP / SAMA: Music & Art) lends his curatorial vision and rhythmic force, while John Goodfellow anchors the group with raw, poetic lyricism and percussive flair. This is music that transcends category — raw, cinematic, alive. 🖥 Visit us online: https://www.samamusicarts.org 💬 Did you enjoy this video? Vision: A polyphonic world, a world where many worlds fit. About Us: SAMA emerged as a response to the fragmentation and polarization in today’s societies. In a world beset by wars, authoritarianism, ecological degradation, and climate change-induced displacements, our need for relationship skills has never been greater. Despite being globally connected, we often fail to truly listen to each other. Music has the power to bridge these divides, engaging the right hemisphere of the brain, which governs experience, emotion, and relationships. At SAMA, we celebrate music's inherent ability to connect us to our shared humanity and ancestral roots. We focus on live performances to tap into the communal and social aspects of music, creating relationships among musicians, audiences, and the music itself. By experiencing music together, people from diverse cultural backgrounds can develop a greater awareness and appreciation of different ways of being within our shared humanity. SAMA envisions a world where this awareness, rooted in empathetic social experiences, nurtures a polyphonic world — a world where many worlds fit. --------------- 📲 Follow SAMA: Music + Art on social media: Instagram ▶️ / samaseattle Facebook ▶️ / samasacred Tiktok ▶️ @samaseattle --------------- #SAMA #MusicAndArt #SeattleSacredMusicArt
