Cauliflower, broken into florets Salt (for boiling water) For the Coating: All-purpose Flour (for dredging) 2-3 large Eggs, whisked 5 Tbsp (approx. 2.5 oz) Breadcrumbs Pinch of Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced) 1 tsp Smoked Sweet Paprika 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 2 oz Hard Cheese (e.g., Parmesan or similar), finely grated For the Dipping Sauce: 4 Tbsp Sour Cream 1 small clove Garlic, pressed Fresh Herbs (Parsley or Dill), chopped Salt and Black Pepper (to taste) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Blanch the cauliflower florets in heavily salted boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain and allow to cool completely. 2.
