Vintage Tokyo Marui H&K/A.R.M.S. Claw Mount Installation

I think mine might be damaged or broken. There's other cheap options out there for the H&K series that are much easier to install, but they may not fit all models. Claw mounts are a bit picky judging from all the videos on YouTube about modifying them to fit certain models of real guns and airsoft. The original A.R.M.S. #1 mount appears to be circa 1999. It accepts both Picatinny, and select weaver-mounted accessories. The web page for the mount claims that it can fit "dovetail" accessories, but how can that be? Models of rifles seen here are the WELL R5/Crosman Pulse R74, WELL MB-R8/Pulse R72, and Aftermath Broxa Evolution/CYMA MP5A5. Please note that these are all the plastic-body TM clones. I don't think this will fit the metal body ones like Classic army, but should fit other plastic ones like the JG models. Tokyo Marui "94131".
