This configuration also allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown, low row, and trolleys without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner. Independent weight sources allow the two front trolleys to be set independently, allowing for more versatility in multiple station training. Compact Footprint The compact footprint of the Rogue FM-6 Functional Trainer line has been further minimized. By positioning the weight sources on the side of the rack, the overall depth has been reduced, extending only 5” behind the back of the rack.
