An older clip here but I think this shows how calm and professional everyone involved in this emergency was. On September 8, 2015, during take-off from Las Vegas-McCarran International Airport, British Airways Flight 2276 experienced an uncontained engine failure and fire in its left (#1) GE90 engine. The flight from Las Vegas to London, was operated by a Boeing 777-200ER. Reg G-VIIO. The incident caused the flight to abort take-off and led to the evacuation of all passengers and crew. Despite 20 injuries, all 170 passengers and crew survived. Amazingly even after suffering damage from a fierce fire the aircraft was eventually restored and resumed commercial passenger operations in March 2016. The fire was caused by metal fatigue in a compressor disk, leading to detachment of the main fuel supply line in the left General Electric GE90 engine. ATC audio used under licence from liveATC.net
