Welcome back, everyone! Today’s special is a very naughty burger — and it’s one of the most outrageous things I’ve ever made. I prepared two smashed beef patties, stacked them with melted Emmental cheese and sweet onion marmalade, then deep-fried the whole thing inside Hungarian-style fried bread dough. The result is very similar to the Korzo burger that went viral about 10 years ago, and I have to say, it turned out amazing! This isn’t everyday food, but it’s definitely worth trying once in a while for the pure fun (and messiness) of it. 📸 Side note: my GoPro 12 died, so this episode was filmed with the DJI Action 4. The picture is sharper, but the sound struggled with the kitchen noise. I did my best to fix the audio, especially during the smashing parts — so apologies for the quality.
