(Low AMH symptoms) इस प्रश्न का जवाब विस्तार में देने वाले है । जन्म के साथ ही महिला के अण्डों की संख्या तय होती है और माहवारी शुरू होने के साथ कुछ अंडे हर महीने खत्म होते जाते हैं । महिला के शरीर में अण्डों की संख्या को blood test amh के माध्यम से देखा जाता है। यह एक हॉर्मोनल टेस्ट होता है जिसके आधार पर अण्डों के बारे में पता लगाया जाता है। जैसे जैसे उम्र बढ़ती जाती है वैसे वैसे AMH की value कम होती जाती है। Pregnancy के लिए महिला के शरीर में normal amh levels (Anti mullerian hormone) होना आवश्यक है। Low AMH levels होने पर conceive करने में problem आ सकते है। Low AMH के काफी सारे संकेत होते है तो जानते है Low AMH के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण लक्षण Low AMH के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण लक्षण (Low AMH symptoms) : १. Period के दौरान कम रक्त का प्रवाह एक बहुत ही सामान्य लक्षण है, जैसे अगर किसी महिला का प्रवाह ४ से ५ दिन का होता है और वह अचानक से २ से ३ दिन हो जाता है, तोह वह एक लक्षण हो सकता है। २. ३५ की उम्र के बाद AMH की मात्रा का गिरना बहुत ही सामान्य है, पर आज कल Low AMH कम उम्र(जैसे २२, २५, २८ साल ) वाले महिलाओं में भी दीखता है। ३. मासिक धर्म चक्र की लम्बाई में लगातार कमी होना। ऐसा काफी बार होता है की Low AMH होने पर भी कोई लक्षण शरीर पर नहीं दीखते। AMH की कमी होना कोई घबराने वाली बात नहीं है, और समय पर इलाज करने पर बहुत अच्छे results दिख सकते है। For more information, watch the full video.
