About the Speaker Sneha Saggurthi began her career in academic research and moved into the Cell and Gene Therapy space through GMP manufacturing. She now serves as Quality Compliance Manager at Cartesian Therapeutics, leading quality programs and inspection readiness. Sneha also teaches at Frederick Community College’s Biotech Bootcamp and supports workforce initiatives through EmpowerBio, helping professionals navigate transitions between academia and industry. She is an active member of Women In Bio’s Capital Region chapter, championing mentorship, networking, and sustainable career growth. Hosted by Annabel Baldy holds a BS from Ursinus College and brings a diverse background spanning social science research, industry, and work with state agencies.
