With a PhD in Biochemistry and more than a decade of experience mentoring biotechnology students and professionals, she focuses on preparing talent for careers across the biotech industry. Dr. Madabushi previously managed fellowship programs at National Institute on Aging and has launched multiple initiatives supporting biotechnology education and workforce development. She also serves as co-chair of the Capital Chapter of Women In Bio and has helped launch programs such as the Maryland Collegiate STEM Conference and the Maryland BioEducators Network. Her contributions have been recognized with honors including the Center Club 2024 Trailblazer in STEM Award and the 2023 Women In Bio Capital Region Rising Star Award.
