About the Speaker Aalliyeh Clinton, MSE, is a materials science engineer and entrepreneur from Baltimore, Maryland. She is the Founder and CEO of Monneah’s Engineered Materials, developing sustainable, high-performance PPE for STEM professionals. With a background in chemistry and materials science, Aalliyeh has turned bench-level research into a patent-pending material, raised non-dilutive funding, and partnered with life science companies to commercialize her work. She also founded “Cool Nerds on the Rise,” a youth initiative that has reached over 300 students through hands-on science and mentorship. Hosted by Paris McKenzie is a multidisciplinary leader bridging biotechnology, fabrication, and entrepreneurship. She works as a Biotechnology Support Technician and Manufacturing Technician II at Longeviti Neuro Solutions, supporting medical device manufacturing and complex technical workflows. Previously, she built and scaled national-recognized businesses in the beauty sector. Paris is passionate about mentorship, leadership, and widening access to biomanufacturing and STEM pathways, ensuring others know they don’t have to fit a single box to belong.
