Dreamcast's Windows CE games were notorious for being a pain to emulate; heck, some still are! ... They're unstable, don't render properly and/or crash suddenly; not because they look good (trust me, they don't), but because of their nature and how they were made; Sega Rally here is one example, it runs well, but texture filtering doesn't emulate at all (I like it this way though), and crashes at random. Sega Rally 2 in and of itself was notorious at the time, for being such a colossal disappointment of a port, it blew our minds in the wrongest of ways! ... It looked downright terrible in comparison to its arcade counterpart (although I can't deny that it still looks appealing somewhat), suffered from a sorry ass framerate, the ugliest reflective effects I've ever seen in a game, downgraded car models and such blurry textures on vehicles, it's hard to believe it came out on Dreamcast and not on Saturn. Bad porting job aside, the gameplay was still top of the line fun if you could get past the low, unstable framers, it had a sort of campaign mode, and one I'm just bad at; no, I can't play well anymore, ahaha; still enjoyed my time.
