Last weekend, I dipped into River Cottage Veg Everyday by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and decided to try not one, but two new recipes—Stuffed Cabbage and an Upside Down Caramalised Onion Tart. The ingredients were fabulous, but I won’t lie… it all felt a bit faffy! Was it worth the effort? The Stuffed Cabbages turned out delicious, packed with flavor and totally worth making again.
