In today's vlog, I’m cooking up a storm in my renovation kitchen! Mark and I have always had a passion for cooking and entertaining, but recently, we haven’t spent much time doing it. This year, we’re making an effort to get back into the kitchen, embracing cooking, flower arranging, and tablescaping as a way to relax and enjoy the process. This week, I explored a charity shop find—Malaysia by Ping Coombes—and cooked Ayam Panggang Roast Chicken, a flavorful Malaysian twist on a classic Sunday Roast. The book itself is stunning, filled with gorgeous photography and mouthwatering recipes, and this dish was so simple yet packed with incredible flavor!
