It is located around 22 km from Tarapith Temple. When Lord Vishnu cut Sati body into 51 parts with his Sudarshan Chakra, Nalateswari Kalika is the place where goddess throat/ wind pipe has fallen. Below this is the naala or throat of the divine Sati with the big three eyes of the goddess and a golden red tongue. Temple remains closed from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm as bhog is offered to the goddess. Evening aarti is done at 07:00 pm Temple closes at 8:30 pm STAY OPTIONS: There are rooms available behind Nalhati Temple.
