The latest in a recurring series of live, virtual, & interactive "office hours" hosted by Dr. Daniel Swain on various topics related to extreme #weather and #climate. 11/21/2025 topic: Last night, several relatively localized but very intense downpours, associated with "training" convective cells, brought locally notable urban and flash flooding to portions of Orange County (especially the Huntington Beach area) and also parts of Los Angeles County (especially south-central LA).
