I am a 22 year old that makes completely vegan meals that are simple to make, are good to eat and it uses up ingredients you can actually get a hold of. This is my second YouTube collaboration. And it's with Sam Way, you probably know Sam better than me. He's a cook who goes by ‪@samseats‬ on every platform around and I got him to go wild for my page, by making pasta from scratch, that is actually incredible, along with my version of a vegan Alfredo sauce. Thus we bring you the Fettuccine Alfredo, but vegan. The pasta took around 10 minutes, then an hour in the fridge. Another 15 minutes cutting into Fettuccine, and the sauce took around 5 minutes. All worth it. DISCLAIMER: We are aware we made a Pappardelle rather than a Fettuccine. If you want it more traditional, cut the pasta a lot thinner.
