Chicken lollipop needs no introduction. A delicious chicken recipe made using chicken wings, blended with Indo Chinese spices, a little spicy and a little tangy, is all you need to get the party started. Here's the list of ingredients needed to make the recipe. INGREDIENTS : For the marinade: Chicken lollipop pieces - 20 Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp Soya sauce - 1 tsp Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp Chilli sauce - 1 tsp 1 egg (beaten) Corn flour - 2 tbsp Refined flour - 1 tbsp Salt & Pepper (as per taste) For the lollipop masala: 1 medium Onion Ginger-garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped) Soya sauce - 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Spring onions for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Marinate the lollipop pieces with the ingredients (listed under marinade) and keep it aside for 30 minutes. 2) Fry the lollipop pieces uniformly along all sides. 3) Lay the fried pieces on a paper towel to drain off the excess oil. 4) Pour oil on a frying pan and add the onion. Fry for 2 minutes. 5) Add the ginger-garlic and fry for a minute. 6) Add the sauces one by one. 7) Next add the chicken pieces and let the pieces coat in the sauce. 8) Garnish with some spring onion greens.
