Just follow the steps and you’ll get a perfect result every time! 🛒 Ingredients For the dough: 2 eggs 70 g sugar 1 tsp vanilla sugar ¼ tsp salt 50 ml milk 330 g all-purpose flour 11 g baking powder 120 g cold butter For the filling: 600 g apples (4–5 apples) 50 g sugar 20 g butter 10 g cornstarch 5 g cinnamon (or cinnamon sugar) 👩🍳 Instructions First, prepare the dough. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and milk. Combine flour with baking powder, add cold butter and rub into crumbs. Mix wet and dry ingredients together and quickly knead the dough. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes. Peel and chop the apples. Melt butter in a pan, add apples and cook for 5 minutes. Add sugar and cinnamon, simmer for 5–7 minutes. Stir in cornstarch and cook 3 more minutes until thickened. Let cool. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part and place into a baking pan. Add the apple filling. Cover with the second layer of dough.
