Here is the sample answer-- Strengths- Team player- During my role as the Director of Logistics at Xavotsav, I was leading and working with a team of 25. Due to impeccable coordination by the team, we were able to pull off the event extremely well. Initiative taker- The quality helped me not just in bringing Hult Prize at my college time where I served as the founder and Director for 2 years trying to build the society from scratch with my teammates. Self-aware People Person Competitive but helpful Tell me about your weakness. 1. I feel sometimes because of FOMO, I take up too many challenges for myself (make time the factor) 2. Too Direct Situation – My blunt, straightforward nature has allowed me to succeed and be self-aware and critical of myself but has also resulted in reflecting the same behavior's towards others. Sometimes in spite of my having the best intentions for the person, I come across as not so considerate. I’ve realise feedback can be both helpful and kind when delivered the right way. I understand how different individuals respond differently to feedback and have asked my friends to point out explicitly if they felt bad about something I told them so that I can make myself a better person and more empathetic. 3. My fitness level has gone down and due to working completely by sitting in one place, I am much less active than before. Sometimes I even sleep very much which results in neck pain and headaches. To keep myself moving I have joined a gym.
